Abrasive wheels type W/A M – W/S M – W/A F – W/A C – W/S UF – W/BIANCO

These coated abrasive wheels are suitable for several grinding operation types. They are usually employed for polishing and pickling; wheels with coarser grit are used for stainless steel satin finishing. 150 mm-200 mm-250 mm diameter wheels are mounted on bench grinders or spindle polishing machines for manual operations; larger diameter wheels are mounted on automatic machines or robot and 500 mm diameter wheels are suited for grinding and satin finishing in service centers. W/S UF (silicon carbide ultra fine grit wheel): S-UF coating is one of the finest grits and it is particularly suited for mild metals and light alloys finishing. W/FELT type includes non-abrasive wheels used for cleaning only.

W/PT 1+1 and 2+1 (Interleaved wheels with abrasive paper)

Grinding wheels with non-woven flaps interleaved with stearated paper flaps. As you can see from our catalogue, these grinding wheels are available in different compounds (1+1, 2+1 etc.) and they are suited for the grinding of wood paint as well as for some operations on aluminum.

W/TT (Interleaved wheels with abrasive cloth)

Grinding wheels with non-woven flaps interleaved with abrasive cloth flaps; they are available in different compounds and grit sizes. These grinding wheels are suited for pickling or severe stock removal.

SAT

Grinding wheels with non-woven flaps interleaved with abrasive cloth flaps or abrasive cloth only; they are suited for satin finishing and scratch removal.

SAT ME

Resin grinding wheels for a even and shiny satin finish.

Grinding wheels on shaft

They are suited for cleaning or for specific finishing, including operations on moulds.

MHL – MCL – THH type resinoid wheels

Grinding wheels for light stock removal; they are particularly suited for glasses frames and bijoux finishing or buffing.

UNW

Non woven compact discs suited for operations on moulds, polishing of threads, cleaning of weld seams in angles or spots difficult to reach with other tools.

Abrasteel Discs mm 115

discs suited for finishing after the use of flap discs.

CW type abrasive rolls

Suited for deburring, finishing of weld seams, fine satin finishing and polishing. Their main benefits include constant and even grinding and cutting; they keep the workpiece cool and are the only ones that can be used on particular alloys as titanium or tempered steel without altering the metals characteristics. Available in different grit sizes and hardness.
